The J.E.T Process

Environmental Protection is an International political issue with  an  increasingly complex legislative process demanding the progressive elimination or reduction of pollution, green house gas emmsions and waste to landfill. Similarly, the disposal of plastic waste is an increasingly very difficult challenge.

J.E.T Technology (Julien Environmental Technology) combines a series of proven processes and technologies  designed to facilitate the acceptance and recycling of any grade or combination of plastic types. This combination of plastics can be straight from the landfill, generally unwashed and unsorted. Our proven process will accept contaminated waste including paper, labels, aluminium cans and other usual post consumer waste contaminants. J.E.T technology has been developed since 1968 by Mr Philippe Julien.

J.E.T is considered the world's most advanced waste plastic recycling technology available. The unique process designed with exclusive J.E.T integrated matched technology (IMT) can therefore be simply defined as a J.E.T process for recycling of co-mingled plastic waste into high quality end user products. That is, plastic waste which does not require separation in the waste stream and comes in a mixed form separated only into film (soft plastics) versus hard plastics.

Products manufactured by our process generally advantageously replace a precious natural resource, wood, and has many other uses which in some instances replace steel and concrete. The use of our product is only limited by imagination. The J.E.T process is not only world's best recycling practice it is designed, supplied and considered the best in the waste plastics recycling industry. Our modern plants do not produce any toxic or environmental hazards. They are clean, waste free, and are classified as a zero waste to landfill operation.

All Jet Global Holdings facilities will meet  and in some instances exceed all required EPA demands, along with all local governmental regulations, some of which locations have the most stringent in the modern world.
